What does Occupation do, in terms of game mechanics? I see humans get two of them, so they so something, right?

Then why choose human? That gives them one racial that has no use whatsoever, and their other one is worse than any other language racial.

I don't seen anything like that on their race page.
Maybe it would be a good idea to give them a different racial? An XP boost like Amaterasu's would be nice. Or one to physical attacks, like others get to elemental attacks? Excuse me if I'm being a bit forward.

Just a suggestion. Or maybe something like once per battle, if an attack would kill them, they survive with one HP. That would be cool.
